Copywriter / Technical Author (MadCap Flare) Cambridge / WFH to £70k

Are you a Copywriter with technical documentation experience seeking a new opportunity?

As a Copywriter you will take ownership of producing technical documentation for a new SaaS web based application for Insurance Underwriters, due to launch next year. You'll collaborate with UX and product teams and conduct research to better understand the client's needs; write, edit and index content, testing materials with users. You'll contribute to the overall Technical Writing function and improvements to processes and best practices within the wider organisation.

WFH Policy

You can work from home most of the time, visiting the Cambridge office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• You have experience as a Copywriter / Technical Author
• You have experience of using MadCap Flare
• You have a clear, concise writing style with a flair for turning technical subjects and jargon into easily understood text for a range of users
• You're able to work autonomously and manage your own workload whilst collaborating with other teams
